There are a number of certifications that distinguish trade practices and growing conditions of fine Arabica coffees. The following is a brief description of some of the certifications.

Certified Organic - Certified by Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) to be pesticide and herbicide free for at least 5 years. The OCIA is an independent, internationally recognized organization.
